During COVID, Kimberly-Clark Professional needed to rapidly equip businesses with clear, practical hygiene solutions, but traditional agency support was limited. Working fully remotely, I adapted, designed and localised assets at speed, helping the brand communicate vital guidance when it mattered most. I streamlined workflows to deliver consistent, market-ready materials across regions, even as many teams were furloughed. The outcome was a robust library of localised marketing assets that could be deployed reactively as circumstances evolved. This enabled the business to support customers in a changed world, where hygiene, reassurance and clarity had become essential to everyday operations and decision-making.
